Every assessment includes a personalized next-steps consultation so you leave knowing how to use your results,  whether you're applying for a Medicaid waiver, pursuing a school placement, or documenting eligibility for community services.

Booking priority is given to urgent, crisis, and deinstitutionalization situations.

Proficient in conversational American Sign Language and will work to provide you with the language access you need to complete your assessment.​
